OBJECT OF CONTRACT

The effectiv use of the hired car starts on________________,on the bases of the

HIRE (RENT)
Art. 4

The payment will be in lei (cash) according to the R.N.B.s Romanian National Bank
Rate of exchange, starting with the day when the car was taken over according to the
List of prices in force.
Art. 5

The owner obligations (responsibities)
-to hand out the car in a perfect functionning state, on the bases of a statement
on the ____________of__________________
-to assure the tenant of the eviction of his fact or the facts of the third and of the vices
that make the use of the car improper to its destination.

OTHER CONDITION

-the first delay hour is free. After 1 hour ,the tenant will pay for a whole day of hiring
-the fuel isn`t included in the price ,supplyng the car with fuel being the tenant`s task.
The fuel used must be the one required by the instructions for that car (petrol
Without lead )
-a 300 EURO guarantee (or its equivalent in RON ) will be paid cash when hiring the
car .The guarantee will be returned if the car delivered in good conditions.
-the payment of the guarantee is obligatory for any hiring period
-the car is not allowed to leave Romania`s territory
-if within 24 hours from the date of the expiration of the contract the person who has
hired the car does not announce the reason for not handing it over , the society reserves its right of announcing and declaring the car as stolen
-the car is delivered with its tank full of petrol, fuel and must be returned by the
client under the same conditions
If the tenant uses the car contrary to the established destination , he will owe 1000
EURO reprezenting indemnification.
Non fulfillment, partly or wholly,the conditions
The parts know the content of the contract and of stipulation and sign.
Any change / alteration of this contract can be done only with the agreement of the
Parts , written down in an additional legalized act,annes to the present contract.

SOLVING LITIGATIONS
Any litigation connected to or resulting from this contract its validity ,interpretation
Execution or abrogation included will be solved by the competent judicial instance.
